Spring is just around the corner. You can almost smell the fresh cut grass off a pristine green at your favorite golf course. Many of us (myself included) like to try and pretend that I don’t really care what I wear (but of course we all secretly do). You’ve got the best drivers, putters, gloves, and shoes….do you really want just some “run of the mill” shirt that you picked up at your local golf supply store? I know I don’t.
When you watch the pro’s on TV, what’s the 1 thing that all these PGA guys have in common (besides having more money than both you and I). That’s right. They are all wearing custom golf shirts. Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, or Matt Kuchar? Yup, custom embroidered golf shirts. Some of them are from their sponsors, other guys may just have their initials.
Personally, I lik to use my corporate logo. It never hurts to brand yourself out there. You never know who you might run into. I’ve stumbled, half-drunk making a business deal before I even knew what was going on. Oh c’mon…don’t judge me..we’ve all had those days right? Maybe not everyone, but I sure like to enjoy myself when I’m playing 18 (or 36) rounds.
